There’s been a noticeable uptick in activity of new homes for sale in Coral Gables since the beginning of 2015. In 2014, 31 single family homes and condos hit the market the first 10 days of January versus 48 this year. That’s a whopping 55% increase year over year. Will this microtrend continue? I’ll keep an eye on it and report back at the end of January along with other relevant statistics.
