Cristina is part of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program. She was a member of their graduating class of 2014-2015 and winner of the Project of the Year award.
As a Leadership Miami participant, Cristina and her team focused on Chapman Partnership and helping improve their employment program. They created workshops for the residents covering topics such as resume writing skills, dress for success, and employee-employer relationships. As well, they organized a career fair to help get the residents in front of potential employers, and help them find sustainable jobs to keep them from ever falling into the homelessness again. Cristina and her team succeeded in finding over 20 participants’ jobs!
“Finding people homes is part of my daily life, so helping those who are not fortunate enough to have a home of their own is very near to my heart.”

Carole believes that our homes are an important part of our lives, giving us shelter, security, and a means of self-expression. Separate from the constraints of necessity, many homes are a microcosm for the things we hold most dear — family, memories, relaxation and sense of belonging.Contact Us
