Get to Know Me

Nicole Trench is a lifelong Miami resident who brings a deep understanding of the city's unique character and real estate landscape to her work. She offers clients a distinct advantage by leveraging her professional background, which includes more than a decade of experience in community development, public affairs, and neighborhood improvement initiatives.

Professional Background & Expertise

Nicole brings a strong foundation in economic and community development to her real estate practice. She served as the Executive Director of the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID), where she oversaw day-to-day operations across the 17-block historic district and led major improvement projects, strategic marketing initiatives, public relations, and signature community events.

Prior to working with the BID, she served as the Communications & Community Affairs Director for the Town of Miami Lakes, managing the Town’s marketing and outreach strategy. She worked directly with local businesses on recruitment and retention, feasibility analyses for development proposals, and navigating licensing, permitting, and regulatory processes.

This experience allows Nicole to seamlessly navigate the complexities of Miami's real estate market, from zoning and permitting to identifying long-term investment potential - expertise she now uses to guide clients through Miami’s dynamic real estate landscape.

Local Roots and Commitment

Born and raised in Miami, Nicole and her husband are proud to be raising their two young children in the same community where they grew up. This deep local commitment ensures she is dedicated to the city's growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As Carole Smith, Principal Realtor, noted: "Nicole’s local expertise, professionalism, and passion for Miami perfectly align with our team’s mission to deliver exceptional client experiences... We’re thrilled to welcome her to our growing team".

Education

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University, where she also earned a Special Event Certification.

What Nicole loves most about Miami

"The ocean is my reset button - whether I’m wakeboarding, jet skiing, or simply enjoying cocktails on the Bay. It’s where I recharge, reflect, and refocus so I can show up fully for my family, friends, and clients.”

WORK WITH US

We believe that our homes are an important part of our lives, giving us shelter, security, and a means of self-expression. Separate from the constraints of necessity, many homes are a microcosm for the things we hold most dear — family, memories, relaxation and a sense of belonging.
